General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

By booking psychotherapy, sex therapy, or couples therapy sessions, you confirm that you have read and accepted the general terms and conditions.

Counseling or psychotherapy is not a substitute for medical examination or treatment. I hereby expressly point out that all symptoms must be medically clarified by a physician before beginning counseling or therapy, and the treatment plan/medication recommended by the physician must be adhered to.

Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance or missed without prior notice will be billed at 100% of the fee. The cost of a session is based on the agreed duration. Initial appointments are subject to a fee.

The fee is paid after each session in the practice via direct bank transfer or PayPal.

EC card payments and cash payments are not possible.
